Great Metal Bands Empty Great Metal Bands

Post by Mezurya Mon Nov 16, 2009 4:11 pm

Well, some dousher on a JTandW video gave me the idea to make a list of great metal bands, so if you're a fan of metal, check them out!

-3 Inches of Blood (very 80's style metal, look up "Deadly Sinners")
-Amon Amarth (my personal favorite, very heavy, look up "Guardians of Asgaard")
-Arch Enemy (speed metal, lead singer is a chick, she can RAWR! Look up "Nemisis")
-Epica (It's kinda like Evanesance... but it doesn't suck, look up "Dance of Fate")
-Kamelot (Similar to Epica, but with a male singer, look up "Ghost Opera")
-Psyclon Nine (Industrial metal, thanks to Jesse for putting it in a vid, look up "We The Fallen")
-Rhapsody of Fire (Neo-classical Metal, very Lord of The Rings-ish, look up "Triumph or Agony")
-Mastodon (very... abstract. look up "Colony of Birchmen")
-Turisas (BATTLE METAL! Warlord Nygard is the man. Look up "Rasputin")
-Ten Masked Men (A parody band, remakes popular 90's songs, look up "Hit Me Baby One More Time")
-Psychostick (Comedic metal, look up "Beer")

Know any more? Add to the list! :D

    Woah, nice list! :D

Only ones I've heard of are Dir En Grey and Black Dahlia Murder.

I have seen some of the other ones when I was cruising around in Death.FM, but never really listened. Never been to Death.FM? Check it out:

    http://death.fm/

I listened to it before I had a computer, but my PSP could recieve internet radio.

I got "The Lotus Eater" in one of those mix CD's you get from Hammer Magazine :D
